Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Process: All yoga classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system available on our website or via our mobile app. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and class sizes are limited to ensure a quality experience for all participants. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time without penalty. Late cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class time will result in the forfeiture of the class credit or a charge equivalent to the full rate. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the class credit or a charge equivalent to the full rate. 3. Modification Policy: Modifications to class reservations can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled class time, subject to availability. Changes to reservations made within 2 hours of the scheduled class time may not be accommodated. 4. Payment Terms: Payment for classes is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and online payment gateways integrated into our booking system. 5. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the specified time frame outlined in the cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. 6. Booking Restrictions: Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to attend classes. Some classes may have specific prerequisites or requirements, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. 7. Terms and Conditions: By booking a class, participants agree to abide by the Aspire's terms and conditions, including any applicable policies and regulations. 8. Special Requests: Participants with special requirements or accommodations are encouraged to inform us in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements to support their practice. 9. No-show Policy: Participants who fail to attend a booked class without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and subject to the associated penalties outlined in the cancellation policy. 10. Membership and Package Policies: Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the terms of the specific package. Expiration dates for class packages will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
