Aspire works with Compsych and Kepro to provide EAP services. If you would like to use EAP sessions please contact your EAP representative and ask for a referral to see an Aspire Nutrition, LLP counselor.

BEGINNING YOUR TREATMENT JOURNEY WITH ASPIRE

Prior to scheduling your first appointment with us we require all clients to complete our intake process which includes signing consent forms and a review of our practice policies. The intake process should take 5-10min and is done online through our secure electronic health records system, Advanced MD. Upon submission and approval of all necessary intake forms and insurance cards you will receive a secure link to schedule your first appointment.

Aspire is a team of Social Workers, Licensed Mental Health Counselors and Registered Dietitians who are passionate about community health, wellness and transformation. We seek to prevent and treat mental illness, in an authentic and confidential environment, by supporting our clients throughout their journey to nourish their body, brain and mind through nutrition intervention and mental health counseling.

We address current needs, brought-on, by normal life and career stressors and also offer support to individuals and
families who do, or have suffered from eating disorders, stress, anxiety, depression, workplace harassment and/or trauma.

As a courtesy, Aspire provides a simple eligibility check to determine if we are in-network with your insurance plan. We encourage you to call on your behalf to obtain details regarding your coverage.
